HOURS: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
TERMS: All prices subject to change without notice. All invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Any checks returned from your bank for any reason will be charged $35.00. Orders paid by check will be held for 10 days for bank clearance. We do not accept COD orders.
STOP ORDERS: Prepaid S.T.O.P. (Single Title Order Plan) orders can be placed at standard discount plus 8% (minimum $4.95) shipping in the USA, 25% (minimum $6.95) shipping in Canada, or 35% (minimum $9.95) for all foreign shipments.
DISCOUNTS: Standard discounts to authorized resellers — please call for an application form. Larger discounts are available when you purchase in case quantities. Descriptions with the symbol “§” are short discounted. No discount on used books.
OPEN ACCOUNTS: Open accounts are welcomed. If you wish to have open account set up, you must (1) — Fill out our account application , (2) — Prepay your first three orders, (3) — Plan to purchase a minimum of $100.00 per month. Pease allow 3 weeks for your references to be contacted.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment of any order within the United States or Canada. Please include all numbers, type of card, expiration date and the address at which you receive your credit card statements.
WIRE TRANSFERS: Wire or bank transfers for payment can be made directly to our bank in US funds. There will be an additional $35.00 for this service. Our bank is:

OVERPAYMENTS: Our policy is to credit your account for overpaid orders.
BACK-ORDERS: As much as we try, it is not always possible to keep all titles in stock. Please indicate with EACH order if you do not want any item back-ordered.
RETURNS: A copy of our invoice number MUST be included with any return. Returns for cash refund or returns after 90 days of purchase, will be charged a 20 percent (minimum $5.00) restocking fee. We only accept returns on purchases made from us and only on titles that are currently in print. If the overstocked item to be returned is not in the condition in which you like to receive merchandise, don't return it to us. Defective books should be returned as soon as discovered for replacement. Return postage will be refunded on returns of defective books. Returns made on purchases that received quantity discounts are subject to charge back, to reflect the proper discount.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping is usually by Ground — United Parcel Service (UPS) or Media Mail — United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments outside the USA or Canada must include insurance; shipments via M-Bag — USPS CAN NOT have any insurance and customer takes all responsibility.
24 HOUR SERVICE: We strive to ship each order within 24 hours after receipt of your order. If you require a special shipping method, you will be billed for any extra costs. Shipping times depend on the carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for an order based on the country of destination, the weight and the contents of the order. Requests for air shipments can be as much as 3 times the regular shipping charges.
CLAIMS: Should books arrive that are damaged from shipping. have the driver who delivers them to you note the damage BEFORE you sign for the package. Then keep the box they were delivered in and notify us so we can help you file for a claim. We will ship new books immediately while your claim is being processed.
CHANGE OF NAME/ADDRESS: Please let us know if there is a change or correction in your address or personnel. We will be happy to put any members of your staff that you wish on our list. If you are receiving duplicate catalogs, please let us know and we will correct the situation promptly.
